SnappyGo was a travel startup that allows people to become advisors of any city they’ve visited or live in. We partnered together during their early stages which gave us the opportunity to re-design the brand and construct the various stages of the project for about 2 years.

One of the major achievements of SnappyGo was to get more than 10,000 travel advisors from around the globe in less than 6 months. The strategy was clear, cover the most interesting remote and the popular places in the world.

We tested and adapted the User Experience / Design based on multiple goals. Each goal was defined based on the current stage and user profile we wanted to engage. We completed several A/B tests, focused and measured with strict goals throughout.

When V2 of the travel advisor dashboard launched, the challenge was to engage and improve the profiles of more than 3,000 active users. We spent several weeks defining the optimal method of organizing information. This included reaching out to users from all over the world to create a 2-way dialogue to ensure the dashboard was meeting our travel advisors expectations, as well as our own.
